
Our high-volume multi-franchise store in Manhattan is seeking qualified candidates to fill the role of Service Advisor. Reporting to the Service Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating customer vehicles for servicing, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and maximizing departmental profitability.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO
- Processing repair orders, quotes, and invoices
- Providing customer support via phone, email, and face-to-face at the dealership
- Ensuring customer approval for all work to be carried out
- Communicating effectively with technicians and support staff within the dealership
- Estimating costs and time for work to be carried out and maintaining customer contact to ensure smooth delivery of vehicle
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Prior experience as a service advisor required
- Candidates MUST possess above-average phone and communication skills
- Excellent follow-up and follow-through skills to ensure client satisfaction
- CDK experience
